Clocaenog Red Squirrels Trust (CRST) collects data if you contact us with an enquiry or to become a member. This may include:

  • Name, email address, phone number, etc.
  • Bank details if you make a payment

You directly provide CRST with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online to become a member or volunteer
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback via email.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

CRST collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your request to become a member and manage your account
  • Email you occasionally with news

CRST securely stores your on our computer system in order to send you our newsletter and to manage our records of subscriptions, Gift Aid declarations, etc.
We will never pass your details to third parties for marketing purposes. Only our Trustees will have access to the information.
If you resign from membership we will only retain your details where we are required to do so (e.g. by HMRC for Gift Aid). If your membership lapses and you do not renew, we will treat your personal details in the same way.
